How has working with Autofleet benefited you? 

A tool like Autofleet is a way for us to manage the fleet directly. We can assign missions directly from the platform and make sure that the vehicle goes to the right place. Using AutofFleet allows us to better manage the fleet of our vehicles and to do so with interoperability. The idea is to have a unique tool to manage different OEM manufacturers. 

How is Keolis using Autofleet’s platform?

We use Autofleet’s platform for different purposes. We use it of course to connect to our passengers using  a mobility app that allow the passengers to book a ride from point A to point B, but they also give us  a way for us to gather the data collected from the vehicle directly to make a visualization tool so we can, make sure that we respect the commitment we have and the KPIs of our clients.

What is your advice for operating an autonomous fleet?

It's very important to not forget the fleet optimization. We tend to focus first on the technology of the vehicle itself, but it's very important to keep in mind that it's an entire ecosystem and to have a holistic view. You also have to think about the customer point of view.״
